About Ken
Ken Adams is the leading authority on contract language. He’s author of A Manual of Style for Contract Drafting (2d ed. 2008), a best-selling title of the American Bar Association. He gives public seminars in the U.S. with West Legalworks and in Canada with Osgoode Professional Development, as well as internationally. He conducts in-house seminars worldwide for companies, law firms, and government agencies. He acts as consultant and expert witness and is a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
